But after seven months of her surgery, she was diagnosed with glioblastoma. Glioblastoma is an aggressive form of brain cancer. During her time in the hospital, her co-hosts replaced her place. Unfortunately, Moore died from brain cancer on October 28 2021, in Atlanta, Georgia. She was just 53 years old at the time of her demise. Moore’s friends, family, and co-workers gathered for her funeral In the Saint Philip AME Church sanctuary on Friday. Jovita was much loved before she died, and people all around the nation sent and brought her flowers.
